Understanding the pros and cons of each program is imperative in choosing the path that will get you accepted into medical school. We take into account factors like average grades, linkage programs, degree options, cost, etc when recommending the post bac program that best suites your needs.

* Class Planning – The medical school application process actually begins from your very first day of college. Specific classes must be planned out and completed before the MCAT should be taken and before the actual application can even begin. We will help you choose and plan out your course schedule from the very first to very last day of college.

* Extracurricular Activities – One of the most overlooked parts of the application and the section most students spend the least time on. This part of your application can make the difference between your first and last choice school. We will suggest and help you plan out many different extracurricular activities you should engage and are interested in! From participating in community service in a foreign country to starting your own organization, we have experience in and know what medical school admissions committees like to see!

* MCAT Prep – The most famous but also stressful and frightening part of medical school admissions. This is usually the make or break point, where anyone can go from being Pre-Med to settling for Pre-Law. =) We will advise you on the best way to go about studying for your MCATs, including which books are best, which courses are the most effective, how much study time to set aside, etc. so that the LSATs will never have to be an option.

* School Selection – Based on a review of your application, including GPA, MCAT scores, Classes taken, and specific factors that you are looking for in a school (size, teaching style, location, etc), we will compile a list of appropriate schools for you to apply to. Choosing the correct schools is extremely important in the application process and is one of the most overlooked and critical errors students make!

* Admissions Timeline – The medical school admissions game requires correct timing. We will advice you on the right time to apply, including whether you should take a year off to augment your application or pursue other interests.
