At this time of the year students often start getting worried that they have not received any acceptances to medical school. While there is still hope, it may be a good time to start thinking about your reapplication. You don’t want to wait until May to find out you were not accepted to any medical school and then start to scramble.
One thing that all students should do is talk to the admissions committees at schools they were rejected from. Deans are often receptive to talk over the phone with a student who they rejected post interview and offer insight into what went wrong. This may be very helpful in your next application cycle. So pick up the phone and give the medical school a call. It cannot hurt in anyway.
