Brian graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey with a BA in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry and BS in Public Health. In addition to participating on service learning trips and conducting basic science research, he served as a TA for Organic Chemistry, tutored students on the MCAT, and served as a mentor for freshman interested in careers in the STEM field. After graduation he enrolled in medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. During his time in medical school he continued to pursue his interests in public health working for the CDC and education serving as a TA for anatomy and medical microbiology. He is currently in his 4th year of medical school at Mount Sinai and is applying for anesthesiology residency this fall.
Brian has many years of teaching experience. He has tutored high school students, college students, and medical students in multiple science fields and in standardized tests. His experiences have taught him how every student has different learning styles and he is excited to work with students to help them identify the study/test taking strategies which will help them succeed!
