Dan is an experienced tutor with a passion for helping his students. Dan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia University in New York City in 2014 with a double major in Biology and Dance. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa society in his senior year and received departmental honors. Dan spent time prior to medical school tutoring students extensively for the MCAT as well as various high school and college courses ultimately helping students achieve their full potential. Dan then matriculated at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons where he has excelled, receiving honors in all of his clinical rotations.
Dan has presented research in sickle cell retinopathy at multiple national meetings as well as publishing two first author papers on sickle cell retinopathy in pediatric populations including in the American Journal of Ophthalmology. Dan plans to pursue Pediatrics with hopes of one day becoming an Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician.Dan looks forward to helping more students navigate USMLE exams, and sharing his tricks of maximizing scores by applying good study techniques with excellent test taking skills and high yield knowledge.
