Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles. She conducted research in cardiology and took on numerous leadership positions teaching everything from college-level organic chemistry to middle school violin lessons to high school choir classes. She took a gap year and worked as a full-time research assistant in Seattle while applying to medical school. She was accepted to the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and came back home to Los Angeles. In medical school, Jennifer took on leadership roles tutoring fellow medical students in the pre-clinical curriculum and Step 1 while continuing to be actively involved in clinical research. She is now in her fourth year of medical school and applying to residency this fall.
Jennifer is excited to bring her many years of diverse teaching experiences to help medical students do their best on USMLE Step 1. She believes in coming up with an individualized study plan for each student with highly interactive sessions tying in clinical context with basic science.
