Leigh is a fourth-year medical student planning on applying in pediatrics. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in English literature and mathematics. As an undergraduate, she edited a student-run newspaper, and she tutored and mentored numerous students in writing and mathematics. As a medical student, she has continued to be involved with education, serving as a tutor for gross anatomy and a preceptor for the first-year students’ doctoring class.
Leigh is also an avid writer, and a frequent contributor to numerous medical student publications.
