Bio

Dr. Fields graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She obtained her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine where she was a member of the Aesculapians Honor Society. While there, she was involved in the interviewing and admissions processes for the post-baccalaureate direct admittance program. After medical school, she completed her pediatrics residency training at Children’s Hospital of Michigan where she was involved in the residency admissions committee and mentored pre-medical and medical students.

Dr. Fields is a dedicated pediatrician and physician leader with extensive experience in clinical care, medical education, and healthcare administration. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Hope Healthcare, where she leads medical providers, staff, and volunteers in delivering quality care to underserved populations. She is passionate about mentoring students and helping them achieve their goals.

Fun Fact

Dr. Fields loves traveling and visiting new places. She enjoys learning about other cultures and trying signature dishes from around the world. One of her fondest experiences was living in Mallorca, Spain, for a summer as a biomedical research fellow at Son Dureta University Hospital.
