Dr. Memari graduated with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University, where he served as president of the pre-health honor society, advising many undergraduates. He attended medical school in Philadelphia at Drexel University College of Medicine, during which time he routinely interviewed applicants for medical school matriculation and taught courses to junior students. Dr. Memari matched at Cook County in Chicago for his emergency medicine residency training. He served as Recruitment Chief Resident, playing an integral role in medical student education, residency admissions, medical student interviews, and NRMP rank list creation. Dr. Memari currently practices emergency medicine in Chicago.
