In your second year, we refine your experiences and deepen your engagement in key areas. The focus is on solidifying your "why medicine" and ensuring your activities align with your goals.
Year 3: The Application Year
Your third year is dedicated to successfully preparing and submitting your medical school applications. You’ll transition to working with your Physician Advisor and Writing Advisor to ensure your application materials stand out.

Take the first step toward securing your future in medicine by submitting your application to the Pre-Med Concierge program. In just 15 minutes, you’ll provide details about your academic background, extracurricular involvement, and medical school goals. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so apply early to secure your spot.
2. Interview with Your Team
Once we review your application, we’ll invite you to interview with our Concierge Advisor team to discuss your goals in more detail. After the meeting, if it's a mutual fit you will be accepted into the program!
3. Enroll & Start Your Journey
Once accepted, you can sign up to secure your spot and begin your program. Your Concierge Advisor will work with you to map out a personalized roadmap, from academic planning to securing clinical and research experiences, ensuring you have expert guidance every step of the way.

Your Concierge Advisor provides ongoing support through scheduled video calls, email, and messaging, ensuring you receive timely guidance and accountability. They will be in frequent contact to help you manage deadlines, secure clinical and research opportunities, and refine your experiences. Physician advisors will meet with you at key points throughout the program to share valuable information related to your career aspirations. You will receive a dedicated physician advisor in Year 3 to support you through the medical school application process.
Our Concierge Advisors has been hand-selected to provide you with the ultimate pre med experience to boost your competitiveness. Before enrolling, you will have the opportunity to meet your Concierge to ensure a strong fit. In Year 3, each student is carefully matched with a Physician Advisor based on their goals, background and needs. Students have the flexibility to change their physician advisor if needed.
Your Concierge Advisor will work with you to schedule sessions that fit your availability. You will have structured meetings with physician advisors at important milestones. During your application year, you’ll have a dedicated physician advisor who will meet with you regularly to strategize and finalize your application components.
Parents are welcome to be involved in certain aspects of the program, particularly in the early stages of planning. However, the program is designed to help students develop independence and decision-making skills. Your Concierge Advisor and Physician Advisor will provide direct, personalized guidance to ensure you take ownership of your pre-med journey.
Unlike general academic advisors, you have a dedicated Concierge Advisor to provide long-term, customized structured support. The program offers strategic MCAT preparation, application coaching, guaranteed clinical and research opportunities, and a fully customized roadmap to medical school.
Yes, throughout the three-year program, your team will help you strategically build a competitive application. You will receive guidance on selecting schools, crafting a personal statement and secondary essays, securing strong recommendation letters, and preparing for interviews.
Your Concierge Advisor will help you identify and secure clinical, research, and leadership experiences tailored to your interests and strengths. This ensures that your application aligns with medical school expectations while also reflecting your unique journey.
We offer a 45-day refund policy, allowing significant time to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. If you decide the program isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund within the first 45 days.
