Bio

Sarah graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a BS in neural science and minors in music, chemistry, and psychology. During her undergraduate years, Sarah pursued her passion for working with children by working as a rock climbing camp coach and fundraising for The B+ Foundation, an organization that spreads awareness about childhood cancer, advocates and funds childhood cancer research, and provides assistance to families who are currently fighting childhood cancer. Since graduating, she has volunteered as a clinical research assistant at NYU Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital and Bellevue Hospital Center while also working as an EMT in the Bronx.

Sarah has seven years of tutoring experience, and excels at tailoring lessons to her students’ needs as well as finding approaches that work best for them. Her work in neuroscience and psychology have informed the development of her own effective study habits, insights she eagerly shares with her students. In addition to providing invaluable guidance on how students can study efficiently, Sarah also teaches MCAT-specific content and skills.
