Dr. Srivastava graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas, with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and tutored high school students during that time. He then attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, serving on the admissions selection committee and providing premedical guidance to the University of Pittsburgh undergraduate students. Following medical school, Dr. Srivastava completed a diagnostic radiology residency program and neuroradiology fellowship program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and served on the residency admissions committee during his training. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and works as an assistant professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
