Dr. James Li is a dedicated medical professional with diverse academic and professional backgrounds. He double majored in molecular and cellular biology and economics at the University of California, Berkeley before obtaining a master’s degree in physiology from the University of Cincinnati. He then completed his MD at Florida International University in Miami, followed by his pediatrics residency at Baystate Children’s Hospital. During this time, he also gained experience interviewing residency applicants and supervising interns and junior residents.
Passionate about mentorship, Dr. Li has successfully guided numerous students into medical school. Though he transitioned to a nonclinical role in 2018, working with attorneys and judges nationwide to evaluate medicolegal cases for potential merit, he never lost his passion for mentorship.
