Jennifer Urso serves as Vice President of Services at MedSchoolCoach, overseeing the Admissions, MCAT, USMLE, Residency, and Student Success divisions. Since joining the organization, she has strengthened cross-department collaboration and implemented new service SKUs that have driven significant revenue growth and enhanced client retention.
