Dr. Manolas graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University, where she majored in human development, Spanish, and design. She further advanced her academic journey by earning an MD/MPH from Tulane University School of Medicine, where she was honored with membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor societies. During her time in medical school, she also played a key role in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, conducting interviews and assisting in recruitment for the admissions committee.
Following her formal education, Dr. Manolas completed her internal medicine residency at NYP-Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, where she was recognized as “Intern of the Year” and actively contributed to curriculum development and selection committees, including chairing recruitment for the primary care track program. In addition to her clinical accomplishments, she has engaged in research exploring digital resources and social media in resident medical education. Now, as the incoming chief fellow of the endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism fellowship at Montefiore/Albert Einstein Medical Center, she continues to channel her passion into digital #MedEd, mental health advocacy, and immigrant health.
