Jared is a senior at Brown University studying molecular biology and producing research investigating the role of metals in human health and disease. His coursework along with his research experience has given him a comprehensive background that is useful for grasping scientific concepts found in the MCAT. He strives to ensure students also have a strong grasp of the fundamentals and will take the time to understand his students’ strengths and weaknesses.
Jared’s philosophy as a tutor is to approach the MCAT as a holistic process. He feels that, while it is important to earn a high score, it is equally important to find a balance between studying and taking the time to rest and enjoy hobbies. Jared understands that students may experience burnout and have busy schedules, so he develops custom study plans that are both ambitious and sustainable to help students achieve their best results.
