Shreya is an undergraduate student studying biomedical engineering and minoring in English as part of the Special Program in Medicine BS/MD program at the University of Connecticut. At UConn, Shreya serves as a teaching assistant for organic chemistry and a lab-based course in biomechanics, honing her teaching skills. She also has experience teaching science concepts over Zoom through the North South Foundation.
Shreya is involved in research studying drug delivery to the brain and has a review paper published in this area. These skills translate into helping students break down complex passages and topics into more understandable information and consuming information efficiently. As an MCAT tutor, she values helping students come up with individualized plans to reach their goals!
