Ziad attends Yale University and will soon graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry. While at Yale, he has done research on integral membrane protein analysis as well as clinical outcomes research for cardiac surgery. Ziad uses his experiences to help students develop effective strategies to parse and understand difficult, experiment-laden passages on the MCAT that resemble scientific journal articles. He integrates other experiences as well, including his role as an EMT, to ensure that students remain connected to their passion for medicine through continuous application of the material to real-world medical problems. Beyond the MCAT, Ziad has also served as a peer tutor in biochemistry at Yale. Ziad works closely with each student to develop achievable goals and a comprehensive study plan to reach them.
