Bio

Alan Gao spent most of his childhood in Mercer County, New Jersey. He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in chemical and physical biology. At Harvard, he worked in a molecular biology lab studying DNA repair. He also worked as a course assistant in the Mathematics Department. He is currently a fourth-year medical student at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell pursuing residency in Diagnostic Radiology. He is excited to help other students tackle the challenges of studying for the USMLE exams. In his free time, he enjoys reading, swimming, and playing violin.
