Nicholas is a first-generation college student and found his undergraduate experience to be transformative. He developed a deep passion for helping other students and similarly rewarding experiences. After 10 years in college and university admissions for Binghamton University and Bennington College, Nicholas became the Director of College Counseling at a boarding school in upstate New York. Nicholas won a statewide award for Professional of the Year across New York’s public university system in 2008 and has sat on numerous boards of directors and advisory councils.
