Rebecca graduated from Johns Hopkins University, double majoring in cognitive science and medical humanities. She also completed a minor in Spanish for the professions and studied at the University of Oxford where she took courses in biochemistry. Upon graduation, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and received general and departmental honors. After completing her undergraduate degrees, she spent a gap semester working in pre-med advising, teaching health workshops at Baltimore City elementary schools, and tutoring for the MCAT.

Currently, Rebecca is a student at the Washington University School of Medicine. She scored a 264 on Step 2 CK, and received distinctions in patient care, foundational knowledge (shelf exams), and communication.
